To register and use soju77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

You must notify soju77 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
You must keep your registered information accurate and up to date at all times. soju77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account where the registered information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Providing false information to circumvent KYC requirements or eligibility checks constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance will be returned to the originating payment method following successful KYC verification.

The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for all supported payment channels. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. soju77 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits without prior notice.
Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within 5 to 30 minutes of bank confirmation. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are credited instantly in most cases. Processing times may be extended during periods of high network traffic, public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day), or bank system maintenance.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by family members, friends, or associates on your behalf — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, soju77 reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and may return the deposit to the originating account after deducting any processing costs.
All transactions on soju77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). soju77 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own conversion or transaction fees for which soju77 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless our support team approves an alternative withdrawal route in writing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
soju77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval, depending on the destination payment method and the time of request. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri may be subject to the receiving bank's own clearing schedules, which are outside of soju77's control. Withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed faster, often within 15 to 60 minutes.
soju77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer fees or service charges. Please consult your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, soju77 may require that a minimum level of real-money wagering activity be completed before processing a withdrawal where deposits have not been accompanied by proportionate betting activity. soju77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests and may delay processing pending satisfactory review.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Members at soju77's sole discretion. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are set out in the specific bonus terms published on the Platform. soju77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or exclude any Member from any promotion without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover or rollover requirements) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Not all wagers contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Different game types contribute at different percentages — for example, slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10% to 50%, and certain sports markets may contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are published with each bonus promotion. Hedge betting, low-margin betting strategies, and other forms of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the end of the expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically.
All sports bets are subject to the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. soju77 relies on official results from BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and other leagues. Settlement of bets is final once the official result is confirmed. Obvious errors in odds or markets may be voided at soju77's discretion.
During live betting, odds fluctuate in real time based on match events. A short delay (typically 3 to 7 seconds) exists between market events and the reflection of those events on the Platform. Bets placed during this delay period may be accepted, rejected, or re-priced at soju77's discretion. soju77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted due to transmission delays.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) draws are settled based on official results published by the respective draw operators (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, Sydney Pools for Togel SDY, Macau Pools for Togel Macau). soju77 publishes draw results as soon as they become available from official sources, typically within 5 to 15 minutes of the draw close. All togel bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled once accepted.

The dealer's decision and the video record of the game round are final. Any technical disconnection during a game round does not invalidate the result — the round continues to completion and your bet is settled according to the outcome. Collusion between players or between a player and the dealer will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Zero Tolerance: soju77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Any Account involved in such activities will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
